This support belt will cradle your belly in the later stages of pregnancy, and you'll notice a difference as soon as you put it on - which is worth every penny!

You can wear two ways: with the wider supportive cradle at the front under your belly, or wrap around and fasten at the front with the wider band at the back.   Whichever feels most comfortable for you each day. Simply adjust for the compression where you feel supported, and fasten the velcro.
