• E-Gift cards are issued electronically and are redeemable for any products available on the Mod & Tod website.

• E-Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by New Zealand law.

• Once an e-gift card has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for change-of-mind purchases.
  

• Mod & Tod is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misused gift cards.

• Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or used without permission.

• Use of an e-gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
