NEW ZEALAND

$8.50 flat rate courier tracked shipping (1-3 working days) on orders under $150.

FREE SHIPPING on all NZ orders over $150.

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

Pick up available at 19B Portsmouth Drive, Dunedin.

Collection hours: 11:30am - 2pm, Mon - Fri. 

We will email you to let you know your order is ready for pick up.

Please bring your order confirmation email.

AUSTRALIA

FREE SHIPPING on all AUS orders over $150 & FREE express shipping on orders over $250.

$21.95 NZD flat rate for International Express Tracked (6-8 working days).

Any customs or duty charges are at the buyer's expense.

SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA

$30 NZD flat rate for Standard Tracked Shipping.

$50 NZD flat rate for Fedex Express Shipping.

Any customs or duty charges are at the buyer's expense.

MOD & TOD will not be shipping to Russia until further notice.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return an item purchased, for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.

You must return goods to us within 14 days of us replying to your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (the item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn). It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us here with your details, order number and reason for return.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return and exchange. We recommend sending the item via tracked courier to ensure that your parcel does not go missing. Mod & Tod is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the item has been received back into our warehouse.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

Sale items are not returnable, and not refundable. 

Silicone feeding items are not returnable or refundable due to hygiene reasons unless due to product fault.

RETURNS - Wall Prints:

Once your order has been dispatched, we do not allow returns if you have changed your mind about the product you have chosen.

 

FAULTS

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately here and provide us with the details and order number within 21 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a refund or replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item.

Our team will work with you on options to resolve the issue.

FAULTS - Wall Prints:

We do our best to ensure that all items are securely packaged before sending, and all prints are sent flat with backing boards and strong board mailers to minimise any chances of being bent or damaged in transit.

However, if you have any genuine issues upon receiving your order please contact us as soon as possible within 3 days, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue for you.

If your order has arrived damaged then you MUST ensure that you keep ALL original packaging, including the courier bag that it was delivered in. We cannot replace or claim for damaged prints without everything being accounted for.

Unfortunately we are unable to replace damaged prints that cannot be reclaimed from the courier carrier through damages.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part.

For products that were eligible for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund due.

If you are returning an item due to change of mind or change in circumstances (for example you're unable to pay customs duty or fees in your country), we will refund you in the form of a credit note excluding shipping costs.

Any refunds/returns made for orders placed using Laybuy/Afterpay will incur a 5% fee which are non-refundable fees charged by the payment provider to us. 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order has been shipped, MOD & TOD can accept no responsibility for delivery delays caused by an event (including but not limited to COVID-19 related delays) which is beyond our reasonable control or foresight. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@modandtod.com

We can easily change the address for you only if your package hasn't been dispatched to our couriers. This means if you've already received your tracking number before you've advised us of the error, we won't be able to make any changes. If this happens, please contact your local courier depot and request an address change.

Please note that we are unable to recover your items, send replacements, or provide refunds if it has been delivered to the incorrect address (provided by the customer).

If your parcel has been returned to us by the couriers, additional shipping charges will apply for the parcel to be redirected to your new address.
