Our couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays of up to 3-6 weeks depending on your location. This is a result of COVID-19 (limited flights, government restrictions, and increased parcel volumes etc), and the busy holiday season. For more information please see


Tracking information may also be delayed as Australia Post are experiencing backlogs at their mail facilities. This is due to a large volume of parcels requiring manual processing at customs and at mail facilities.

It is also common for tracking information to show your parcel being stuck in "international departure" or "in transit" for long periods of time. This is due to limited flights between NZ and Australia. The tracking will be updated once your parcel has been scanned as processed by customs and by Australia Post on arrival to Australia.

If you need your order urgently, we offer DHL Express shipping at a flat rate of $30 NZD. Shipping time is 2-6 working days. This express service IS NOT affected by COVID-19 delays.
