It is common for tracking information to show your parcel being stuck in "international departure" or "in transit" for long periods of time. This is due to limited flights between NZ and Australia. The tracking will be updated once your parcel has been scanned as processed by customs and by Australia Post on arrival to Australia.

If you need your order urgently, we offer DHL Express and eParcel Express shipping. Shipping time is approx. 2-6 working days. This express service IS NOT affected by COVID-19 delays.
