About Mod & Tod

Hi! I’m Josephine, the founder of Mod & Tod. As a mum of two gorgeous girls, I know first hand the stress of motherhood. Even leaving the house for a quick supermarket run requires packing a whole array of items for every eventuality. I set out to lighten this load by creating Mod & Tod, a family run business that designs baby products that are as beautiful as they are functional.

Our flagship product, the 5 in 1 Multi-Use Cover, was our first solution to the everyday needs of mums. Available in a range of contemporary prints, these covers are made with a 4-way stretch that makes it easy to slip over your capsule, shopping trolley seat, highchair, or even yourself when you're breastfeeding. They have quickly become our most popular product and were even awarded Silver for 'best new product' in the 2020 OHbaby! Awards.

Since then our product range has expanded to include everything from stretchy swaddle sets, organic heirloom knit blankets to cute hair accessories and wall prints.

Made with care, love, and attention to detail.

Every item we make is designed to be kind on the planet, and on baby. We choose to manufacture our pieces using organic cotton that is both Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, which means it is free from harmful chemicals and dyes.

From our thorough design process and sustainable manufacturing right down to eco-friendly packaging, our aim is to contribute something positive to the world that makes life as a mum just that little bit easier.
